Mainly about the Dave Ramsey Episode
I was a bit disappointed by this episode. I usually find FF super informative and inspiring, but this episode was an hour and a half bashing another human and negativity. I get not agreeing with someone, but the tone of the convo could have been more focused on providing an alternative way to reach a goal vs. speaking as though there’s a superiority for being more conscious of others. I thought that was the direction for a moment when it was mentioned Baby Step 3 (Building an emergency fund) should be step 1, but then it went back to bashing. The goal for the episode could have been achieved without bashing because, to your mentioned point in the episode, you and Gabi have privilege, so you're not that much different from Dave Ramsey if you think about it.Read full review »
