Daily Calm is my daily dose of “must have”
So thankful for finding this podcast. Sel’s voice is so gentle and strong at the same time. I’ve downloaded and saved too many episodes to count. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to refocus on personal peace.
Not Christian
While all of these are great ideas -it’s a lot more new age than I thought, you can find all of these truths and ideas in scripture.
I believe I’ll stick with my Bible reading and prayer.
Beware of new age practices and meditation- it can seem like it’s helping but it’s not what the creator of the universe intended for us and can be a lot more like satan’s tactics of selfishness and being your own God.
What is needed now
Thank you Sel for providing a compassionate and caring podcast. Each gentle message is a gift, especially during challenging times. The episodes with Jennifer Healy are excellent.
