As a thirty year old woman dating in a big city, their experiences totally resonate. Really appreciate how openly they share their dates and navigate this crazy process. Hoping we all find love soon!

I have loved this pod for a while! While I definitely miss Roark, I really liked Ali and Erica’s dynamic and a fresh perspective on dating. Lately though, it sounds (at least to the listener) that there is a lot of tension between the two. They aren’t open to hearing out each other's opinions...Read full review »

There is so much tension between Ali & Erica- their conversations are forced. This dynamic is not a genuine friendship. I would not recommend any single person listen to these women who can’t get a 2nd date give dating advice. Ali is pushing 40 and is still confused about what she’s looking...Read full review »

Just wanted to give you both a shout out, love your realness, humor, and advocacy for what you want and need when it comes to dating! Thank you for normalizing being ‘needy’ and having scripts to use that definitely come in handy. Keep doing the great work you’re doing, it’s made a world of...Read full review »

Let me start by saying I am 48 years old and I’ve been happily married for 27 years. We have four kids (24, 22, 19 and 18.) So why, you may ask, do I listen to a podcast about dating?! Because I have single friends!! And I want to know more about what the dating world is like these days. And...Read full review »

I like the setup of the podcast (part updates about their own dating adventures) and part guests on different topics. It’s like listening to a good friends’ conversation - I find both Ali and Erica very relatable and funny. A nice balance of not taking dating too seriously but with intention.

I’ve listened to this podcast every week for over 2 years. It’s such a refreshing take on dating-building up knowledge and confidence to encourage listeners to get out there and enjoy dating. It helps that the hosts are likeable people who are honest, vulnerable and also fun! Highly recommend.

From laughing out loud to deep in thought for hours after, Ali and Erica feel like friends who I can’t wait to hang out with each week! They are relatable, honest and going through it along with us. Definitely one of the highlights of my week!

Two pathetic scam artists talking AT each other giving daring advice in their late 30s and with herpes. No thanks.

Used to like this podcast more when it was Roark and Ali sharing dating updates and being vulnerable. So many of the episodes nowadays aren’t really about dating, and the hosts don’t even seem to like each other. It’s often uncomfortable and boring to listen to.

Love Ali…but seems Erica could be a bit more supportive of her? She doesn’t seem to care.

I used to enjoy this show but lately it’s been very hard to listen to because Ali is constantly snipping at Erica (on the main pod and especially on the Patreon). It seems like every episode has become Ali getting angry at Erica saying an innocuous or well-intentioned thing. A recent example is...Read full review »

I like how Erica brings her perspective to the table. I prefer this dynamic to the previous one with Roark, who was great but too agreeable to Ali. It was too one sided. Very refreshing and entertaining!

It feels like the hosts don’t actually like each other

Ali is clearly a business minded person. She tags every single item she buys in her posts and pod for commission. While being so ambitious about posting, she can’t even support and acknowledge her old co host Roark who started a new podcast. It’s hard to follow an influencer who shells out...Read full review »

This is my new favorite pod!! I had heard of both Erica (through JTrain pod) and Ali (through TT), but hadn’t made the connection that they knew each other. I’m so happy to have found this great podcast! I love listening to their life updates, insights, and perspectives. As a single gal in my...Read full review »

Enjoy listening to these two women and find them insightful, smart, and kind. But as a podcast goes it feels a bit bland. Both the material and the hosts lack that edge that comes with being just a little bit naughty.

The uncomfortable skin tone comments from the white host are…honestly shocking.

I started listening when I was getting back into dating post divorce. It was super helpful (and entertaining!) when navigating the online dating scene. Now I’m engaged (going to get married in just a couple days) but still listen because I love hearing the stories and topics.

Ali is so energetic and fun to follow, but Erica is like the Eeyore of the pod. Hard to listen.

omg the dating podcast I’ve been waiting for. It’s tough to listen to podcasts where the hosts know what they are doing. On this one it’s the opposite. one cohost has herpeez (oof) and the other has the personality equivalent of herpes (ooooof) But it’s really encouraging to hear their stories… i...Read full review »

Loved the episode with Rachael Wright. It kind of blew my mind open. Thank you

Love this show but Lindsey from we met at acme is a terrible guest, seriously the worst advice, so condescending and clearly obsessed with just being married

There aren’t enough podcasters out there who know how to know how to both hit the check boxes, and keep things light/funny. The banter is charming. Erica’s quick wit really brings something special to the show. Really an amazing option in the world of dating shows. 5 Stars!

Loved the original podcast with Roark and am totally on-board for its latest iteration with Erica. Excited for future episodes!

I LOVE Erica! The dynamic between Ali and Erica is just perfect. It’s more laid back and relaxed. The conversation seems to flow a lot easier and it seems the conversations are honestly a lot better. It’s even a little spicer than the normal content, which I love. Love this new host with Ali!

Ali and Roark are the dating besties that everyone needs! What makes this dating podcast stand out from others is that Ali and Roark are ACTUALLY dating. I think this podcast is fun, but the advice should be taken with a grain of salt. Ali and Roark have an amazing podcast where they not only share mature and positive ways to approach dating/relationships, they also are being vulnerable (in the best way) by updating on their own dating lives. One of my best friends told me to start listening and I’m so glad she did. It’s the first podcast I listen to on Monday mornings. I’m married, so not all the dating advice is applicable, but listening is like getting to chat with close girlfriends.

Ali and Roark are the remote gal pals we all need; their life and dating updates as well as their topics covering dating and relationships in q&a format or special guests — I am addicted to tuning in on a Monday to hear their laughs, banter and gems of advice. I heard about this podcast through tik tok and after reading all the good reviews, I decided to check it out.
