This week on Finding Your Bliss, Life Coach and Bliss Expert Judy Librach is joined by the beautiful, bright, and fascinating Natasha Koifman! Natasha is the President and Founder of NKPR, a full-service public relations, advertising, talent, marketing and digital agency. Natasha created NKPR in 2002 in order to combine her two passions: shining a spotlight on stories of substance and supporting causes that are making a difference around the world. Under Natasha’s guidance and leadership, NKPR has established itself as a highly-regarded full-service public relations, artist management and digital agency with offices in Toronto and New York, with experience representing over 40 diverse national and international brands including Mountain Equipment Co-op, Swarovski, TD, Shell Canada, Tim Hortons, Lanterra Developments, Urban Barn and Lightspeed. Winner of the 2015 and 2017 WXN Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award and selected as one of the most innovative people in North America by BizBash, Natasha is at the forefront of the industry bringing her clients 360-degree, borderless approaches to public relations with results-driven tactics from event management to media relations, clienteling, creative services and crisis management. NKPR was the first PR agency in Canada to be verified on Instagram and Twitter and one of the first to adapt social media strategies into their service offerings back in 2009. Natasha also launched a real estate division in 2019 to address an opportunity in the market, working with developers to create buzz and ultimately drive sales for their new projects. During the Toronto International Film Festival, Natasha was among the first to create celebrity gifting suites and festival experiences more than 15 years ago, evolving the concept in 2016 in partnership with The Property Brothers to launch IT House x Producers Ball, an experiential destination featuring a celebrity portrait studio, industry panels and unique brand activations. Natasha is dedicated to social responsibility and giving back to those in need, believing that public relations can help forge meaningful relationships between the public and not-for-profit sector. She acts as Chair of the Board for Artists for Peace and Justice Canada, launching the annual APJ Gala during the Toronto International Film Festival to help raise over $30M to support education in Haiti, working with a star-studded team including Ben Stiller and Susan Sarandon. Natasha also sits on the board of the St. Felix Centre and has championed cause-related initiatives for organizations like G(irls)20, Best Buddies, Camp Oochigeas, Dogtales, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada, Girls on the Run, and Can Fund. Natasha completed a TEDx Talk in 2018 on the importance of showing up for others and is regularly called upon in leading media publications to comment on a range of topics including popular culture, the retail landscape, marketing, mergers & acquisitions in the fashion and beauty industries, public image, and philanthropy. She has been recently featured in leading publications including Vogue Business, WWD, The Globe and Mail, BNN, Entertainment Tonight Canada and CP24. Natasha splits her time between homes in Toronto, New York City and Los Angeles. For more on Finding Your Bliss, you can follow us @theblissminute on Instagram and Facebook.
