i’m a longtime fan of Kathryn’s sleep podcast “Where Nothing Much Happens”, and i’m now equally a fan of this new meditation podcast! Kathryn has a ton of knowledge on meditation & i love learning new skills in these quick 10 min meditation episodes. her approach is perfect for the person who’s trying to learn new natural coping mechanisms for the daily stressors of life but doesn’t have a massive amount of time to invest in the learning itself!!

I saw another review noting autonomic dysfunction and the help of your podcasts. It has been a wicked six months for me physically and emotionally. Things like this I fully appreciate for their kind and caring approach. I love Nothing Much Happens as a friendly voice when sleeps evades me.

Catherine‘s voice is very soothing and nice it’s almost as if she’s there with me also for the people that don’t know Catherine has a podcast called nothing much happens. nothing much happens helps you go to sleep I know that definitely works for me!
