“My husband and I heard about Vinnie on Mike Rowe’s podcast. We were immediately intrigued so we watched his documentaries. Read the PDF and then did a little more research. We started our NSNG life style change the day after Easter 2022 and so far we’re both feeling so much better and my husband has lost over 30 lbs and I have lost over 20. We ride dirt bikes and both being in our early 40s we thought the pain from broken bones was just something we had to live with not knowing we were inflicting that pain through our diet. We are so grateful for the education on food and how our body turns it to fuel/reacts to it and wished we would’ve received this information 20+ years ago. When Covid happened I put on what I called the “telework 20” but that is all behind us. Loving this new life and I know this is something we will continue. Thank you Vinnie and the crew.”
