before every lift session or boxing match i have i listen to this podcast, im a teen girl who used to listen to what everyone would say about me, itunes them out & now they come to me and want my attention, ive learned to not chase for others approval but to approve of myself. life is like a 1v1 is you vs you. quitting isn’t an option and if you think it is your taking the easy way out. i’ve become a savage and i’ll keep staying that way.
