Before work
I love these before work. It’s challenging to come up with the excuse of “I don’t have time when a meditation is only three minutes. I can do longer meditations at other moments but these get me going.

I meditate a lot. These short meditations have a perfect synthesis of sound, voice, timing and gentle guidance which allows the mind to deepen quickly even in the short span of time. If you have never meditated these are a great place to start.
