“Hi guys, I love you and have read every article fivethirtyeight has published on the election. I'm a statistician/research psychologist and therefore truly appreciate data journalism, especially your brand of it (Bruni's argument struck me as misunderstanding what the goals of fivethirtyeight actually are).
If I could offer one criticism of your early podcast I would suggest you expand a bit more past what you have already published. I'm not sure if your target audience consists of those of us who have read all the articles published on the topic, so I understand some repetition is necessary. However, if the podcast is meant to be complementary then a bit more variation in the conversation would be appreciated.

“The group is lively and evenhanded; their data are impeccable; BUT they do not have enough quality material to fill 40 minutes.
Please cut the podcast to, say, 20 minutes. Maybe broadcast the shorter podcast twice a week, like Planet Money. Just a thought...”
