Patronising
It’s a shame as many of the guests are extremely interesting and knowledgable but the host comes across badly - sounds like she has a huge ego and is very patronising.

I loved the first episode and can't wait for next week ✨👏🏻 Always a pleasure to listen to what Rhi has to say and I am so delighted to see who her next guests will be. The first was wonderful 👌🏻Read full review »

Lovely to listen in on the informative yet informal discussion between two busy people who manage to maintain a healthy lifestyle in-spite of late nights and early mornings. Great advice girls-keep it coming Rhiannon!

I am always impressed with Rhiannon’s sensible approach to food and how non judgemental her advice always is. With Rhiannon whilst promoting health, eating is always to be enjoyed. I really enjoyed her interview with Lisa.
