Thank you so much for being so real and “hands-on” (or “ears-in”😄)❣️ I can’t speak to living in a larger body from ultraprocessed food addiction but have the crossover of multiple addictions, autism and anorexia . All in remission but hard to handle. You guys soften the edges every show💌
