I recommend this podcast
I have really enjoyed this podcast! I like the format and the hosts as well as the interviews of the experts. I love Juna’s style! It is light and refreshing although I found it in the beginning a bit naïve. I am a 49 y.o well educated gym rat that has struggled with food since adolescences and have survived 2 eating disorders. There is a lot of old news in this podcast but enough new information I felt it entirely worth the listen. However like several other reviewers have mentioned, the diet app commercial has to go. There could be an episode on the role of cognitive science and mindfulness training as tools that are helpful to attaining a physically & psychologically healthy weight. Overall this was a podcast was very likable. Thank you and I hope to hear more from these two hosts on this subject and others!

More reviews of Food, We Need To Talk
Based off the trailer alone, I can hardly wait for the first episode to drop!

I read all the 1 Star reviews and think they’re completely unfair. They are promoting a healthy lifestyle in the podcast and contrary to what you may read the hosts have been very sensitive to food related illnesses and stigmas.

Listened to first four episodes. Our hosts are fun and have good rapport, but really basic information. Why is NPR content like this always targeted at 12 year olds? Give it a listen, but if you have basic understanding of nutrition, not helpful.
