Excellent
Really enjoy the facts based, scientific approach to information provided in the podcast. Keep them coming please!! *****As a side note, after listening to the episode with MindPump Sal I started listening to that podcast and it’s quite opposite of this one in my opinion—bro’s talking about recent events in a cringe worthy way and in earlier episodes making homophobic, sexist and body shaming remarks along with nutritional information that seems to be backed by “google.” There is some useful info on working out in the last 10-20 min if you don’t mind fast forwarding through those other things and supporting them.

This podcast tackles the issue of diets in the most funny and down-to-earth way. Host Juna Gjata is bubbly and a joy to listen to, and Dr. Eddie Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and gives amazing tips. Highly recommend for anyone, even if you’re not normally into dieting or nutrition

I found myself identifying a lot with what you were saying. My husband goes to a great nutritionist and your info made me understand her advice even more. I’m looking forward to future episodes.

I am enjoying the podcast but isn’t it kind of hypocritical to have a dieting app (Noom) as a sponsor?
