Such a welcome podcast
I loved this podcast from the very beginning. It’s warm, accepting, and educational. As a group fitness instructor, avid runner and lifter, and mom of two young kids, I find that I can be hard on myself. This podcast has given me the information I tend to “forget” and the encouragement to be healthy in every decision. Can’t wait for season 2!
