Hit and Miss
In its best moments the show can be great, in its most contrived, self-indulgent and recycled Talksport moments it is utter garbage. Max Rushden changes his mind and opinion based on whatever the last panel member said and has no backbone whatsoever. Increasingly it is becoming an open-air therapy session for the likes of Jonathan Liew and all the other bed-wetters who had their childhoods and teenage years ruined by United and Fergie. You can hear the excitement in Jonathan Wilson’s voice when he gets to say how terrible United are, not too sure what the likes of Brewin and Noz get from going on their and joining in with Max’s guffawing at the latest calamity from United. TBF they laugh at everyone else too so no accusations of bias, just can’t be mithered with the endless parade of ABUs they have on, may as well watch reruns of Fantasy Football League.
