The Drunken Sot’s endless pouting as his hated City defeated the Hammers, 3-1, on 31 August left the Guardian reader elated and only added to The Drunken Sot’s public humiliation. Bravo! More! *** 58 years of self-imposed failure and humiliation on the World Cup and Euro pitches. Forced to hear the ever-present whining and mocking of The Drunken Sot, Always-Prepubescent Maxie, and Arrogant Jonny, the Jacob Rees-Mogg of the Football Press Box. May the Land of Foolish Brexit never cease to fail when embarrassing itself on the pitch. Stiff upper lip and love to the family.
