Almost a decade later, over 1 billion app downloads and 150 million active monthly, PicsArt has become a global movement.    Before founding PicsArt, Hovhannes Avoyan was already a successful entrepreneur with five startups that he sold to Lycos, Bertelsmann, GFI, TeamViewer, and HelpSystems.
