“I was SO THRILLED to find this podcast, so many of my favorite authors in one place- talking about books- which I LOVE- holy cow! I really tried to like it, but won’t listen anymore. The production value is horrible- there are so many echoes, some of the contributors sound like they’re far away...I can only tell the author talking by their poor sound quality each episode, it’s such an amateur podcast- I’ve listened to hundreds of podcasts that are virtual over the pandemic and none have such poor sound quality like this one. Plus, there are always people whispering in the background, there are phones ringing, text tones going off, no professionalism at all. And no one can decide who’s the moderator so someone is always talking over someone else- so there are long minutes of “oh no, you go ahead” “I’m sorry, you go ahead” and then they again talk over each again. How are these best selling authors? It makes me cringe. What a disappointment.”
