In the moment
I just listened to the in the moment episode. Things def can go deep and his intro discussion about what is now shows it. With this said I think lots of people forget to be in the moment. The audio was excellent I’m subscribed I hope more so the same
Interesting Topics
I think these topics are quite interesting. The two episodes I checked out had great nuggets of ideas to ruminate on. I think it would be even more effective for me if the episodes were a bit more structured but good work.
Never would have thought of it..
A psychological Rollercoaster through things I never would have thought about in such context. Psychology in flow of every day things. Fascinating
