“Canada is a vast country with many different views on the many topics that are pressing our society.
Although this is a good attempt from CBC to explain some of the most complex topics to the new dominant digital crowd, I feel it is unbalanced and does not give arguments from each side of an issue.
After listening for the last couple of months I decided to unsubscribe as I couldn’t take the bias anymore.
I understand the host has its own political views but the role of the host/journalist should be to provide accurate data from all the sides of an argument and let the listener use its critical thinking to come to a judgment.
I would suggest taking a view at how Vassy Kapelos from Power & Politics handles this. She has a great ability to talk to both some of an argument and grill them both equally.”
