“I was so looking forward to season 2 as I loved season 1 but this was a huge letdown. I hated the new format of having these new narrators. I much prefer Ashley narrating. Also, the stories last season had intrigue to them, surprise endings, etc. I hung on every word listening to them. The ones this season had none of that. The stories were all very one dimensional. Creepy guy hiding in attack- no surprise what’s going to happen there. The podcast one that abruptly ends because guy narrator playing the cop doesn’t want to talk anymore made no sense. There was literally no suspense in any of these stories. I would have definitely paid for the additional episodes had these been good like last season but they completely missed the mark for me. I’m a fan of crime junkies and a long time Patreon member and hope the girls can bring back the greatness that was season 1. If not, I won’t be back for a 3rd season.”
