One thing I think you need to be conscious of, though, is your very significant tendency to finish sentences about three octaves higher than when you start them. This dues detract from your communication. Please have a listen to this and I’m sure you’ll pick it up. I used to tell my students that the PRESENTATION of communication (whether that be written or verbal) is as important as it’s CONTENT. It’s something to watch and correct. I make this point with the utmost respect for you and the Guardian.”
