Super journalism, well structured episodes. It reminded me of how “The Rat Line” was done

I started listening to this because it was recommended and advertised by another media company that produces excellent crime/ investigative journalism podcasts in general. I thought this podcast was well done to start with however, I’m sick of listening to podcast and investing time in 6 to 8 to...Read full review »

This is an important but strangely overlooked story, touching on a range of thought-provoking questions of modern fandom, the internet, police behaviour and more. It’s well told and journalistically solid.

I am a furry myself, and I found this podcast looking for a good more quite thing to listen to,and I found this. It’s a great podcast for people who like true crime stories, and or a furry😊🐺🦊it’s a very easy listen,🎧 I even fell asleep listening to it!🤣 I do agree it’s is horrible some one would...Read full review »

After listening to the excellent “The Sound” (Havana Syndrome podcast) which I gladly gave 5 stars to, I was really looking forward to this podcast. Unfortunately, it was everything that The Sound was not…light on content, detail and the whole thing just seemed half baked and not fully realized....Read full review »

I got to the end and all I wanted was more. Astounding that I’d never heard of this attack before and I live in the DC area

Such an enticing, nuanced and often jaw-dropping show. Strong recommend.

Not sure if I’m even allowed to review it because I made it but I think the team did a really good job

Just one of the best podcasts ever. Gripping presentation and pacing, manages to revel in some of the silliness and absurdity of furry culture while treating the central incident with the sensitivity and seriousness it deserves, and which was completely denied it by the mainstream media of the...Read full review »

This is one of the best true-crime podcasts I’ve ever listened to. It’s thorough, it’s kind, it’s engaging. Do listen.

Great reporting, fascinating topic, BUT the experience of listening is very frustrating bc of the wild swings in volume. Adjusting it so the quietest segments are loud enough to hear results in the next voice blasting my eardrums 2 seconds later.

Much as people try to turn this event into a whodunit the reason no charges were ever pressed was bc someone just oopsed their neoprene prep chemicals for their shiny latex in a stairwell. It was an accident during setup for someones private party kink and obvz they dont want to come forward. The...Read full review »

While I do frequently listen to podcasts my style usually doesn’t include true crime with the exception of a few that I got really into a while back like Serial. This podcast has a very similar setup to serial that I forgot I was even missing but now I’m hungry for more. On top of all that, the...Read full review »

This is a great podcast, I’m not part of this community but I love learning about it. It’s really well done and really interesting. Being a part of a marginalised community has made me interested to learn more about others. Thank you.

As an anti fur myself it’s interesting but nothing stops the anti fur

It’s not hard. Select each segment and adjust it until the highest peaks are at 0 dB. Just barely in the red.

I am loving the podcast. Great reporting and presentation. However, not sure if this can be addressed, but the volume difference between the podcast and the obnoxious spectrum advertisement is massive. It requires constant volume adjustment. You might want to fix this for future listeners.

Really enjoyed the way they cut different voices and interviews into the episode, rather than just one person talking. Looking forward to hearing more about why law enforcement were so incompetent.

I listened to this today and WOW this is fascinating. How have so few people heard about this attack on the Furry community? According to the first episode, this crime is still unsolved after almost a decade, and I can’t wait to get to the end to see if they solve it. Nicky Woolf is on great form...Read full review »

Listen, if you like overly dramatic reporting… about on par with a voice over of your sixth grade diorama that you made of dinosaurs being hit by an asteroid for your science class, then this one is definitely worth your time listening to. The intro is a badly cut up series of word salad...Read full review »
