I work in Womens Health and lactation and the word women and mother is not really used unless you’re talking about a specific woman who identifies as female. The terms are parents and people who breast-feed me. This is the hot button issue for me. There is a danger that studies and research on women’s health will go away if there is not a binary between men and women anymore.”
