Intelligent, thoughtful, non judgemental
Gender, a Wider Lense is a brilliant podcast. Both of the hosts are experienced and knowledgeable therapists who work with gender questioning youth and their families. They talk about the issues around gender identity, but they go beyond the “affirmative” model of care and look at underlying psychological issues, as well as the long term health implications of medical intervention. The hosts do an amazing job of being open minded and non judgemental while exploring issues that are hotly debated in contemporary western society. Absolutely worth listening to.
