Fantastic!

This is hands down the most profound podcast I’ve listened to. I am a podcast junkie and I’ve received more wisdom out of these few episodes than in all the shows/episodes I’ve listened to since I’ve started listening to podcasts! Brianna words are insightful and thought provoking. I plan to listen to them all again, this time - journal in hand to take notes so I can implement the steps to create positive change in my life. I’m also taking her up on her book recommendation - Meg Jay’s The Defining Decade and giving it to my soon to be 20 year olds!

Thank you for doing what you do Brianna. I have been struggling trying to understand why I’m sabotaging myself or as I used to say holding myself back. Until I heard about uprooting I didn’t know that was a thing. You brought me so much awareness and now that I know what it is and when I’m doing it, I can come in and change it. It’s not easy but the awareness really blow my mind open to start making the right decisions and to learn to be comfortable with challenges and question my emotions that rise. Thank you so much!!
