LOVVEEE this podcast!

I’m learning a lot about fitness and it helps me so much in ED recovery. It reassures me of the path I’m going on with my fitness and health. I feel like not too many people talk about hormones and fitness specific to hormonal health. This podcast has a great mix of topics in fitness and health :)
