Love GGE but let’s tone down the polarizing rants
I’ve been listening to this podcast for over two years now. GGE really helped me out of a tough time and allowed me to start thinking about relationships in a much more productive and positive way, so for that I’m very grateful. That being said, this podcast has taken a turn over the past few months. It’s increasingly political and divisive. I would welcome Ashley to start thinking of the United States with a different perspective - one that embraces the diversity of America with respect to gender, sexuality, race, regional differences and political differences. Her attitude when sharing her political beliefs have made her come off as intolerant of other people’s backgrounds and political opinions even if that isn’t her intention. That fiery, angry type of intolerance is just as divisive as the type behavior she doesn’t respect on the other side of the aisle. Real solutions to problems lie in bipartisanship. Although our nation is increasingly polarized, her actions and words on this podcast recently have just added to that polarization and doesn’t help the problem. I’m still a fan of the podcast but would like Ashley to start having a milder tone to her political rants and aim to have a more bi-partisan lens to her understanding of the world.

Love this podcast! Totally relatable-ESPECIALLY living in NYC. Honestly I don’t know why anyone would not give this 5 stars. Obviously they are a hater. V good. Keep it up!
