Normalizing eating enough food!
I found y’all on a reel about how we need to normalize girls enough food. How it’s not normal to “forget” to eat lunch or eat 1,200 calories a day. I have been working with a trainer myself so I have learned so much about nutrition lately and it is astounding how many people I interact with on a daily basis that have a TERRIBLE relationship with food. That you for what y’all are doing!
