Dr Sophie Bostock is a sleep specialist who is fascinated by sleep. Sophie studied medicine at Nottingham University and then went on to study an MSC in entrepreneurship. After several years in consulting she completed a PhD in health phycology at UCL and was investigating why happiness was affected by heart disease. Sophie’s research on sleep then went on to point to why sleep is an unsung hero of mental and physical resilience. She then spent the next 5 years working on ‘Sleepio’ which is Big Healths award winning digital sleep program. In this episode Alice asks the big question to Sophie that we all want to the answer to. How can we get the perfect nights sleep?
