Description
We’ve said it before here, and you’ve probably heard it a million times growing up — studying abroad and traveling in your 20s can be one of the most eye-opening, challenging, and soul-filling experiences.    For Jonathan “Quiggy” Quigg, his travel experience after college led him to his current career path of life coaching and teaching meditation. He always had a heart for mentoring others, and was lucky to be able to do it in so many ways throughout his life. Whether it was as a camp counselor, studying medicine and psychology in university, or teaching English in Asia, Jonathan always found a way to work closely with people.    Fast forward to today, he’s found his niche in life coaching and teaching meditation as a way to satiate his desire to help others, and he credits his early adulthood travels as the catalyst for finding his way to it.  Key Topics: Empowering people to improve their relationship with themselves Trying med school, but pivoting to psychology Traveling as a curiosity catalyst How summer camp ignited his passion for helping others Making the move to Vietnam from NYC What drew him to meditation A beginner’s guide to meditation Integrating back into US culture after living in Vietnam for 3 years Finding Jay Shetty as an inspiration for his coaching career Pushing vs. being pulled toward what’s right for you Integrating business with meditation and coaching Learning to be with yourself in meditation Connect with Jonathan online: Grow The Goodness in You Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/grow-the-goodness-in-you/id1681662825 Instagram: @quiggcultivation Linktr.ee: https://linktr.ee/quiggcultivation   Find more from Courtney Page: Instagram: @courtneyaustinpage Website: https://www.glowstatecoach.com/   Interested in 1:1 Coaching or Hiring Courtney for a Speaking Engagement or Workshop?
