Is such a well produced and thought out podcast from the very beginning, covers topics other beer podcasts barely touch and is overall a very enjoyable narrative about something I’m very passionate about. My problem is the sponsorship by multinational corporate beer companies. I know they were...Read full review »

The most holistically focused podcast about beer out there. The team of deft interviewers that make up the GBH team make their guests, topics, and beer on the whole more approachable. An invaluable resource for understanding why beer means more than just beer.

This is an excellent podcast. Respectful of the craft of brewing and lacking the “bro” factor that seems to plague so many other podcasts about the industry.

Long time listener, first time reviewer. Great interviews with great guests. I really enjoy the story telling and digging deeper. Bryan Roth and Kiser are the real deal. Even the fervent episodes with Plachy are a fun listen. The production level is top notch. I’m surprised NPR hasn’t picked...Read full review »

In a world of headline readers, skimmers and instant experts, GBH deep sea dives into many facets of the beer world for people who love everything about beer (not just IPA, Chad). Albeit my fave conversations are always with brewers, I have been taken aback by other aspects and stories that need...Read full review »

I enjoy all the insight about the brew industry. It has opened me up to new brews to try when I travel. Although I rate it a five star, I would ask the creation team to consider shorter episodes; 30-45 minutes would be ideal. Give GBH a listen and hear if you agree.

I’m losing my mind listening to episode 191... the interviewer says “um hum” the ENTIRE time Kim from Social talks. It is beyond distracting. Her questions also involve “like...so like.” It’s painful. So not fluid and feels like she is just waiting to ask a question. Skipping to a different...Read full review »

Great beer talk coming out of Chicago and lots of content from around the world, which is a refreshing change from all the beer podcasts coming out of California. Does skew a little more heavily toward the bigger breweries. Music is a little weird.
