Mental Health + Gratitude = Good Human
If you need to step back and begin the journey to a happy and more grateful person - this is the podcast you need. However for me it’s the 1% club that has been life changing. The daily effect of working on my mental health for 14 minutes a day (1% of your day) has definitely changed the way I view the world and looking for gratitude in everyday things that before I would never have appreciated. The fact that Cooper does all this for free proves he is living his motto of being a Good Human!

Always interesting, keeping it real and motivating whilst I morning walk with Cooper and guest in my ears. I am also learning quite a few tips on how to find my mental health balance and for that I am grateful.
