Description
Welcome back to Series 3 of Good Influence! This is the podcast where each week we'll meet a guest who’ll help us pay attention to something we should know about, but maybe don’t.    This week we're talking about dyslexia; how being diagnosed can be a privilege, the ways that schools and workplaces can accommodate neurodiversity and the upsides of dyslexic thinking. Onyinye Udokporo is an education consultant, author and she's the CEO and founder of Enrich Learning, an educational platform and tuition centre which developed from the tutoring business she founded when she was just 12 years old. She was recently awarded the Neurominority Achiever of the Year award at the Celebrating Neurodiversity Awards and spends some of her busy schedule using her own experiences of dyslexia to advocate for equity and inclusion in the workplace.
