Description
This is the podcast where each week we'll meet a guest who’ll help us pay attention to something we should know about, but maybe don’t. In this week's episode we’re talking about comparison; how people react to comparison, the different types of comparison, when comparing ourselves can become a problem and how to retrain our brains around comparison. Lucy Sheridan is the world's first and only comparison coach, after finding comparison becoming an issue in her own life. She has been described as the Queen of self-worth and teaches work shops as well as offering private coaching. She also gives some amazing nuggets of information and tips on her social media accounts and released her manual to help deal with comparison 'The Comparison Cure' in 2019.
