Good Mourning: The Many Faces of Grief – SURVIVING THE POST HOLIDAY LETDOWN: DEPRESSION AND GRIEF

Good Mourning: The Many Faces of Grief – THE END OF THE YEAR AND GRIEF IS STILL HERE: WHAT WE’VE LEARNED FROM OUR JOURNEY
I’ve always wondered why the new year begins buried in snow, frozen in ice or blanketed in mud. It always seems harder to begin when my feet are encased in leaden boots or stuck in frozen mud. Wouldn’t it be easier to begin a new journey if the weather were warmer and my feet were […]

Useful and courageous
I approached this podcast with the intention to learn... but I found myself smiling at the validation I did not expect to receive! My own grief journey changed me forever. It was like I could suddenly see beyond a veil but could not find the words to describe all that had altered... nor was it easy to find willing ears. I hope others find their way to these podcasts and soon. It needs to be okay to speak of death - for all our sakes! I am thankful "for the little while" :)
