The goal of being like Jesus seems to be unobtainable. And yet the Bible says that we are predestined to be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ. We try and try, but we always fall short of that goal. It’s time to give up and let Christ take over. Let Him work in you to will and do His good pleasure. We can only please Him with faith. Just as we can have faith for the forgiveness of our sins, we can also have faith in Christ in us, the hope of glory. When He lives His life through us, then, and only then, we will be like Him This is a message of encouragement to quit struggling to be good enough for God and let the Holy Spirit have His way in your life.
