Fantastic gateway to the Dead
I’m a relatively new, burgeoning Dead fan. I grew up appreciating them as my Uncle was a traveling Deadhead for a bit and always wondered what was in those neon colored cassettes on his book shelf. The Dead can be a tough band to crack from the outside-do you start with Live Dead or studio stuff? I recently did a cross country road trip and threw on the dead cast to accompany me on my journey and was immediately sucked into the dead universe. Jesse is a fantastic tour guide, connecting the intricate dots and bringing in incredible guests to help flesh out the story behind these iconic albums/moments in Dead history. I’m sure this cast is great for the lifetime fan, but I also think this show is the perfect entry point for any Dead curious onlooker. Thanks for the great show and keep ‘em coming! Ian

More reviews of GOOD OL' GRATEFUL DEADCAST
I really like the stories! Workingman’s Dead was the first Dead album I bought back in 1970! Was one of my favorite studio albums! Keep up the good work!
