“My boys are 3 and 5, almost 4 and 6. The podcast starts with a simple story, then shifts into some breathing exercises, and then into “imagination” time. At the very end it’s a couple minutes of quiet noise machine style background noise. It’s very soothing. The simple story is enough to keep my kids attention - though sometimes the younger one is a little too jumpy for it. The breathing exercises are good, even if they’re not doing them. The constant reminder from all directions to take deep breaths and be grateful for what our body does for us reinforces its importance and I’m all for that, even if it’s the least engaging part for my kids. Then the imagination part lulls them to sleep. No loud ads or talking to disrupt them. It’s honestly perfect. I only wish there were more episodes!”
