Ellie also speaks about learning to see Ireland through a new lens, the importance of explore our relationship with nature, and trusting our intuition more, because often we can do more than we first think. In this episode Ellie discusses the various highs and lows of her challenges to date while also so graciously sharing her passion of discovering Irelands great outdoors and taking care of it in the process.
