After admitting that I am a dope for saying that there wasn't anything going on in the world of running right now, going over Valencia and The Running Event, I had a blast chatting with Jess Hofheimer from Pace of Me. Jess is a force and has built a community centered around her love of running, coaching and art. 

HAPPY TO BE BACK! The new show finally launches with my guys JPresa and Edwin, founders and head of the SPARC Worldwide crew. We get things started by talking about our experiences having each run our first marathon in Richmond, which was not the most spectacular day for any of us but an awesome experience nonetheless. We then move on to why they started running, what is has meant to their lives, and the formation of SPARC Worldwide, their nonprofit organization benefitting kids in their community.
