Sustaining, inspiring and irreverent (in the best way)
I have listened to every episode from pretty near to the start of Griefcast. I think it's fabulous in confronting one of the inevitable experiences of life we hate to talk about. Cariad's biggest asset is her humanity - and her language (I refuse to call it 'swearing') is an antidote to the po-facedness of many conventional attitudes to death and dying.Read full review »

I’m so glad that this podcast exists. I wish I’d known about it earlier! When my mum died 2 years ago, I was desperate to find out more about how people grieve so that I could make sense of my own process. The humour is a great vehicle to explore grief without getting too heavy.

I listen to these different shows with varied guests. I love all the perspectives and angles. I lost both parents and in laws in my 30’s and only now the positive impact they all had in my life is finally shining through. Bless ya English welsh lady xx

Uplifting chat that I can listen in to and find I am not mad ,alone or unhinged by grief . Our experiences may be different but this pod cast gives me s safe place to unlock the door of my isolation and find my way back to the living world.
