Lovely.
I lost my father in July 2020. It’s been incredibly hard to talk about especially in the Bengali community where grief is quickly pushed aside. I’ve found this podcast and listened to the Charlie Mackesy episode first (my friend gave me his book) and from then I binged all the episodes. It’s been a great comfort knowing what I feel is normal and it’s given me a great outlet to grieve while listening. Thank you Cariad. I hope you can keep this going for as long as possible!!!

Uplifting chat that I can listen in to and find I am not mad ,alone or unhinged by grief . Our experiences may be different but this pod cast gives me s safe place to unlock the door of my isolation and find my way back to the living world.
