Beautiful and worthwhile show
I love this show and have listened to every one. This week’s with Jill Halfpenny was outstanding - honest, wonderful advice, deeply moving and a shocking tale of double grief. Jill’s choked description of her father’s death over 40 years ago moved me especially. I can’t get through telling how I discovered my Dad had died 37 years ago either. Cariad is so warm, empathetic and funny with all her guests and so caring of her listeners. Listen to this you won’t regret it.

I adore this podcast. Cariad is the perfect host for this with her ease of conversation and she genuinely listens to her guests. This is the perfect mix of strong emotions being talked about open and honestly, but with such humour.
