Listening to Tom Kerridge and Ainsley Harrison talking about the wonderful early days where they felt immediately at home in this environment was truly uplifting. Their energy and enthusiasm comes across in spades. If I had a youngster now I would encourage they enter this arena. Hard work but sounds a lot of fun.”
