In this episode, Hanan and Ashiyana are joined by Hannah Shraim, a Palestinian activist in the community to discuss and inform the public of the ongoing occupation, ethnic cleansing, and apartheid against the Palestinian people. These three cover topics such as the media distortion of the issue, false narratives, current events, and action the individuals can take towards putting an end to Palestinian opression.

In this episode, Sulphia (fencing) and Amena (lacrosse) are joined by guest Amirah Ahmed (track and field, cross country) to talk about the Muslimah athlete experience! From discussing the struggles of finding suitable, modest athletic wear (spoiler alert: we got a lot to say about the Nike hijab 👀), to telling stories of the awkward situations they’ve had with male coaches, teammates and referees, to encouraging listeners to gain the courage speak with your coach and catch prayers on time during practice hours, to learning how to continue training while fasting during Ramadan, these three cover it all!
