The boys discuss psychological distress related to the COVID-19 crisis, specifically for those suffering from anxiety and depression. We are all feeling the effects of COVID-19 restrictions, and some of the psychological disress can be explained by lockdown conditions and by intolerance to uncertainty. Jeff and Mace offer some simple techniques for managing these symptoms while we wait for the situation to resolve.
