Despite being outlawed by the Supreme Court of Nepal, Chaaupadi continues. If not Chaaupadi modernized form of menstrual shaming culture still exists affecting menstruators from all spheres of life. Being disciplined in the modernized Chaaupadi system, we all had our share of embarrassment, humiliation, and realization to reach the point that we are today.    On the occasion of Menstrual Hygiene, four schoolmates share their personal experiences about what periods are and why do the menstruators get cramps?
