I enjoyed it
I’ve only listened to one meditation so far, appreciating the joy. At the end, I did hear someone come into the room and make some noise, but I must admit, I found that funny. I’m new to meditation and I’ve been having a hard time with anxiety and depression, so I found finding a little joy in my appreciating joy meditation to be rewarding. Plus the lady spoke very clearly and was comforting.

I have had a hard time finding a basic body scan. This one is very basic and includes a muscle tightening and relaxation feature.
