Truth
I loved this podcast! It’s so easy to be pulled into something like this -happens to people all the time. It makes sense to me because something similar happened to me. I was pulled into a system run by a Medium who is still very well known today. She manipulates vulnerable people to work for her free, calling it self-less service while she buys new Harley motorcycles, Pressures her followers to buy her tarot cards take her 20k a year programs through her charisma and charm.1.7k People actually pay $20. A month to be part of her private Facebook group, It wasn’t until I left that I could see, but it was what my gut had been trying to tell me all along, Everything they talk about including the self-help idolized Guru at the top and cult-like systems of wearing you down before the hard sale ARE sure signs. There needs to be more regulations in the self-help world and people need to demand more transparency, Be aware when people are selling intangible outcomes like ‘becoming more’, for a high ticket. Thank you for this.

I am interested enough in the story line but I don’t think I have ever heard a podcast with this many ads. It’s unlistenable!

There’s only about 15- 20 minutes of show in every 40 minute episode - the rest is ads and repeated clips or previews. The story is interesting but the show feels too choked w irrelevant stuff.

I’ve known this story for a while, I like the different perspective you bring to the families.
